Shipping & FAQs
Packages are mailed via USPS First Class with tracking numbers. Flat items are mailed in sturdy, eco-friendly envelopes to prevent bending. Items will be winging their way to you approximately 1-3 days after purchase.
At Wandering Finch we care about the environment and do our best to avoid adding to landfill by using quality recycled materials for packing and shipping whenever possible. (If you require new shipping boxes please contact me at: firstname.lastname@example.org)
Being out in the middle of the Pacific means sometimes shipments to the mainland can be a little unpredictable. This is compounded by holiday related shipping delays so please be aware things might take a bit longer to arrive from Hawai‘i. But please contact me if you think there is an unusual delay or your item does not arrive within the expected time frame. Mahalo!
As a general guideline, once shipped, please expect a typical delivery window of:
🌺 2-7 days for shipments within the Hawaiian Islands.
🌺 2-4 weeks for shipments to the mainland U.S.
🌺 3-6 weeks for International shipments.
1) Do you accept returns?
I will happily provide a refund for orders that were in error or arrived damaged. Please email me within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send your name, a brief description of the problem, and a photo of the item in error or packaging damage and I’ll get right back to you.
For returns for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please contact me for return address.
2) Do you accept wholesale orders?
